A private virtual consult to see if we are a good fit.
2 private, virtual pre-birth meetings, up to 90 minutes. We’ll talk about stuff that is important to you! This includes your hopes for your birth and details specific to your chosen birthing location. We can also cover comfort techniques and labor coping skills; getting your baby into a good position for birth; effective communication with your care provider; newborn care; breastfeeding preparation; and more.
On demand access to a focused prenatal education course that covers hospital interventions, what to expect during your hospital stay, and creating a birth plan. Free lifetime access via Teachable.com. This course is complement to, not a substitute for, a comprehensive Childbirth Education class.
Free TENS unit rental: TENS units are safe and effective labor pain management devices. We adore TENS units. You’ll want a TENS unit.

2 prenatal visits via Zoom: In these private, personalized pre-birth visits, we will discuss topics relevant to your birth vision and birth location. These topics can include Comfort Techniques and Labor Coping Skills; Optimal Fetal Positioning; Effective Communication with Your Care Provider; Sibling Preparation, Tandem Nursing or Weaning Advice.
