Classic Package

  • $1,800

Includes:

  • A private virtual consult to see if we are a good fit.
  • 2 private, virtual pre-birth meetings, up to 90 minutes. We’ll talk about stuff that is important to you! This includes your hopes for your birth and details specific to your chosen birthing location. We can also cover comfort techniques and labor coping skills; getting your baby into a good position for birth; effective communication with your care provider; newborn care; breastfeeding preparation; and more.
  • 2 community prenatal meetings, at 45 minutes each. One of these meetings covers typical hospital interventions, while the other covers creating a birth plan. They are held monthly via Zoom.
  • Free TENS unit rental: TENS units are safe and effective labor pain management devices. We adore TENS units. You’ll want a TENS unit.
  • Use of Spinning Babies “Daily Essentials” DVD or digital download
  • Unlimited phone, text, and email support before and after your birth.
  • Unlimited labor support, including early labor support in your home.
  • Basic birth photography using your camera or phone.
  • 1 postpartum visit: We schedule this brief home or zoom visit within a week of your birth. We can talk about your birth, as well as any parenting, newborn, or breastfeeding concerns.
  • 2 weeks of 24-7 virtual postpartum support via phone, text, or email.

This includes your hopes for your birth and details specific to your chosen birthing location. We can also cover comfort techniques and labor coping skills; getting your baby into a good position for birth; effective communication with your care provider; newborn care; breastfeeding preparation; and more.
  • 2 community prenatal meetings, at 45 minutes each. One of these meetings covers typical hospital interventions. One meeting covers creating a birth plan. They are held monthly via Zoom. You are welcome to attend as many of these meetings as you like to talk with your doulas, meet other expecting families, ask questions, or get individual support.
  • Free TENS unit rental: TENS units are safe and effective labor pain management devices. We adore TENS units. You’ll want a TENS unit.
  • Use of Spinning Babies “Daily Essentials” DVD
  • Unlimited phone, text, and email support before and after your birth.
  • Unlimited virtual labor support via text, phone, and/or a video conferencing platform.
  • 1 virtual postpartum visit: We schedule this 45-minute virtual visit within a week of your birth. We can talk about your birth, as well as any parenting, newborn, or breastfeeding concerns.
  • 6 full weeks of 24-7 virtual postpartum support via phone, text, or email.

Prenatal Package

  • $650

Included:

  • 2 prenatal visits via Zoom: In these private, personalized pre-birth visits, we will discuss topics relevant to your birth vision and birth location. These topics can include Comfort Techniques and Labor Coping Skills; Optimal Fetal Positioning; Effective Communication with Your Care Provider; Sibling Preparation, Tandem Nursing or Weaning Advice.
  • 2 community prenatal meetings, via Zoom: 45 minutes each. We offer 2 group prenatal meetings for all our clients held monthly in a central location. One meeting covers hospital interventions. One meeting covers putting together a birth plan. You are welcome to attend either or both meetings to talk with your doulas, meeting other expecting families in the area, ask questions, or get support.
  • Unlimited text, phone, and email support throughout your pregnancy and through 6 weeks postpartum.
  • Free TENS unit rental: TENS units are safe and effective labor pain management devices. We adore TENS units. You’ll want a TENS unit.
  • Access to our client resources and lending library
  • 1 virtual postpartum visit
  • 3 months of postpartum follow-up
  • 2 weeks of 24-7 access to advice and support from your doulas.

 

What’s not included: Overnight texts and phone calls during pregnancy and/or during labor; in-person labor support; virtual labor support
