Our Classic Package includes:

A private virtual consult to see if we are a good fit.

2 private, virtual pre-birth meetings. Up to 90 minutes. We’ll talk about stuff that is important to you! This includes your hopes for your birth and details specific to your chosen birthing location. We can also cover: Comfort techniques and labor coping skills. Getting your baby into a good position for birth. Effective communication with your care provider. Newborn care. Breastfeeding preparation.

2 community prenatal meetings. 45 minutes each. One of these meetings covers typical hospital interventions. One meeting covers creating a birth plan. They are held monthly via zoom.

Free TENS unit rental: TENS units are safe and effective labor pain management devices. We adore TENS units. You’ll want a TENS unit.

Use of Spinning Babies “Daily Essentials” DVD or digital download

Unlimited phone, text, and email support before and after your birth.

Unlimited labor support, including early labor support in your home.

Basic birth photography using your camera or phone.

1 postpartum visit: We schedule this brief home or zoom visit within a week of your birth. We can talk about your birth, as well as any parenting, newborn, or breastfeeding concerns.

2 weeks of 24-7 virtual postpartum support via phone, text, or email.

A portion of our fee from each client is donated to local DC/MD/VA Black-led organizations addressing the profound birth outcome disparities between white and BIPOC birthing people.
