Want a little extra help planing your birth, but you don’t feel like you need hands on prenatal prep package everything you would get with our classic doula package, minus the on-call and labor support.

This package includes:
2 prenatal visits via Zoom: In these private, personalized pre-birth visits, we will discuss topics relevant to your birth vision and birth location. These topics can include Comfort Techniques and Labor Coping Skills; Optimal Fetal Positioning; Effective Communication with Your Care Provider; Sibling Preparation, Tandem Nursing or Weaning Advice.

2 community prenatal meetings, via Zoom: 45 minutes each. We offer 2 group prenatal meetings for all our clients held monthly in a central location. One meeting covers hospital interventions. One meeting covers putting together a birth plan. You are welcome to attend either or both meetings to talk with your doulas, meeting other expecting families in the area, ask questions, or get support.

Unlimited text, phone, and email support throughout your pregnancy and through 6 weeks postpartum.

Free TENS unit rental: TENS units are safe and effective labor pain management devices. We adore TENS units. You’ll want a TENS unit.
